Data we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect: name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, number of travellers, age range, comfort level preference, and any message you provide.
We also collect technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via analytics cookies if accepted).
How we use your data
- Reply to your quote / contact request
- Build a tailor-made itinerary for you
- Manage your trip if you book
- Send you our newsletter only if you explicitly opted in
- Improve our website (anonymised analytics)

Sharing
We never sell your data. We share strictly the necessary information with our local partners (lodges, drivers, parks) to deliver your trip. All partners are contractually bound to confidentiality.
Hosting & retention
Data is hosted in the European Union (France) by O2switch. Quote requests are kept 3 years after our last interaction; booking data is kept 10 years for accounting purposes; newsletter subscribers until they unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@wild-crest-tanzania.com. We respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country (CNIL in France).
